Independent outdoor clothing and equipment retailer, Nomad, launched online and engaged me to help build traffic and sales for their online store.

THE CHALLENGE

Nomad Supply Store are a local independent based in the south west. They predominantly resell popular outdoor clothing and equipment brands, creating a very competitive landscape for advertising due to the ubiquity of availability elsewhere and a typically smaller profit margin per sale. With a strong focus on sustainable growth and a relatively low budget compared to other bigger, more established stores of the same kind, this is an exercise in strictly cost effective activity and a necessity for direct return.

SO, HOW?

Through highly targeted Google Shopping and Google Search campaigns with no room for waste, paired with awareness and retargeting ads across Meta Feed, Stories and Catalogue, I’ve navigated budget constraints to punch above our weight against established competitors. Since implementation, Nomad have more than doubled their average monthly online revenue and are currently enjoying an average 5x ROAS on all online advertising activity.
